Today was a Dim day for America

First there was this poor decision:Supreme Court Denies High-Profile Appeals.
So, the SCOTUS refuses to slap down the NJ SC as they should and decided to let the state's Donks get away with illegally substituting a candidate for the U.S. Senate.
Either they are evidencing their reluctance to insert themselves into an election controversy or they're waiting until the NJ election gets more problematic and convoluted, which it very well may do.
Then, there was the important speech that President Bush made tonight on Iraq, which the 3 major networks refused to carry.
This was their political statement and probably a greedy one, too, their thinking being that the American public would prefer to see their advertiser-supported sitcoms and sports events than hear their President inform them of a clear and growing danger, i.e. Saddam Hussein of Iraq.
If there's any one out there with a pulse who cannot see the blatant Liberal bias of American Media now, they must be deaf and blind.
Obviously, this plays into the Dims' hands, because the less the American voting public knows about Iraq, the less inclined they will be to let their elected representatives, their Senators and Congressmen and women, know how critical it is that they vote FOR supporting the President in the form of emails, Faxes, letters and phone calls. [But let's contact them anyway!]
It's a bizarre form of "Don't ask, don't tell."
Or perhaps, "Don't tell. Don't ask (us to vote)."

(Temporary) Advantage: the Dims
Disadvantage: the American people
