Top Palestinian militant killed

Israeli forces say they have killed a senior member of the Islamic Jihad in a pre-dawn raid on a house in the West Bank town of Jenin.

The BBC's Elizabeth Blunt in Jerusalem said Israel had accused Sawalha of being responsible for two serious bus bombings in recent months, which killed more than 30 people.

Ah, the Beeb. Still referring to the terrorists as "militants."
What, pray tell, are "militants" accomplishing for their "cause" when they blow up civilians on buses?
Likewise, I watched a report on the Moscow Nord-Ost siege tonight on CNN in which they aired more chilling footage taken of the scene while the siege was underway.
Not once did they refer to the Chechens as terrorists; they were "hostage-takers" and "rebels."
Nor did they refer in any way to their Islamist identities, even though the Muslim dress on the women, the "rebel" flag with Arabic inscriptions and the Jihadi headbands were in plain view in the film.
This, along with the facts regarding their Al Queda links and the known affiliation of Chechen "separatists" with Jihadi Arab Muslims in general and OBL in particular, were totally avoided.
For all the dense viewer can tell, the Moscow attack was about just another ethnic group making a violent move for their own state.
When will the Liberal Media wake up and report the Truth?!?
I'm beginning to think "never" and that might not be a bad thing.
