SoS Colin Powell, accompanied by CIA chief George Tenet, will be speaking to the UN today at 10:30 EST.
When interviewed yesterday getting into his limo by FoxNews, Powell was whistling and smiling broadly (even grinning!), which I've never really seen Colin do...so it must be very good.
Be there or be square!
