"Is it soup liberation yet?"

Officer: 15 Iraqi Soldiers Surrender

Fifteen Iraqis surrendered to American forces at the Iraqi-Kuwaiti border on Wednesday, a U.S. Army officer said.

Capt. Darren Theriault of the headquarters company of the 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division told journalists with the unit that the Iraqis had been turned over to Kuwaiti custody.

Where I'm sure the Kuwaitis gave them a warm welcome...or maybe not.
There's not only the matter of payback for Saddam's invasion of their country in 1990, but there are several hundreds, if not thousands, of Kuwaitis in Iraqi custody that have never been accounted for!
