Bush Speaks to Iraqi People in TV Address
Please join me in praying for the President (along with our troops, the rest of the Bush Administration and of course ourselves!).
I'm worried about President Bush: he looks so tired, particularly in the eyes, and his hair is almost white now.
The burden of being President in wartime is no picnic, but I worry that Bush will suffer FDR's fate and pass away from this in office and if you look at photos of FDR during his last months in office, he looks just terrible and obviously sick.
Now that we have "the right man" in the Oval Office, I sure has heck don't want to lose him!
Bush taped this in Northern Ireland when he met with Blair, so I'm hoping that that is the problem.
I think that the primary purpose of the Belfast meeting was to tell the UN and Chirac--very politely!--to go to hell.
But to do that, Bush had to pretend that Blair's doing a fab job in Northern Ireland (which he's not!) and that he's excited about that the loathesome "Road Map" plan for a pre-1967 Paleostinian state.
So, I'd look like the dog's dinner, too, I imagine.
Who was the *genius* that came up with the brilliant idea that Bush and Blair meet in Belfast?
They should be shot along with Saddam-collaborateurs in Iraq.
Bad idea. Big time.
